The perfect home for short and long-term stays, Coville Cottage is located just off the beaten path from the town of Oistins. It’s an ideal home for up to four people to live comfortably with all the ammenties of home.
Coville comes with modern appliances, powerful WIFI and speakers to enhance your digital life, plus cozy bedrooms and living spaces to relax and play. A well-appointed kitchen with tons of cooking accessories allows you to create your culinary island masterpieces.
Between the end of March to late April, you can pick your own mangoes from the backyard. Breadfruit and Jamaican ackees are always available to pick and cook! #backyardtobelly The fully-gated large backyard is ideal for families and pet-owners to ensure safety for their loved ones while offering another great living space to explore and enjoy!

Open-air styled living
Upon entering Coville, you will find yourself immersed in an open-air living environment adorned with captivating architectural triangular lines that grace every inch of the space.
The furniture in the living room was made by a local Bajan artisan. The pictures on the walls are original art from artists from Salt Spring and Vancouver Islands, British Columbia, Picton, Ontario and other Canadian regions.
A 43" Smart TV with streaming services is available. The custom-made wall unit is home to the cable box allowing you to watch local and international programming.
We stayed four weeks at Coville. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from Oistins where you can take public transport to almost anywhere in the country. The ZR vans run in front of the house which made transportation easily accessible so I had no need for a car. Aunt Sheilah (who lives next door) was amazing. She always made us feel welcomed. WI-FI and AC was also a big hit with the kids.

The dining room
This open-air space is a perfect blend of work, dining, and relaxation. It features a highly efficient air conditioning unit, comfortable dining seating, strategically placed floor lamps for optimal lighting, an Alexa ECHO Studio Dolby high-powered speaker (connected to other speakers in the house), and a cabinet stocked with brochures of local attractions and restaurants
Utilize this space for productive work, including video calls, thanks to the strong high-speed WIFI coverage that extends throughout the entire house and outdoor areas.
A chef’s kitchen
Calling all foodies! The kitchen at Coville Cottage is a dream come true for home chefs. Whip up some culinary magic and let your taste buds dance with joy. And here's the cherry on top - the kitchen is loaded with tons of pots and pans, dishes, tons of spices – use a spice, leave a spice vibe plus other ingredients to help make you master chef. With fresh fish such as marlin, tuna and flying fish available at the Oistins fish market plus tons of fresh vegetables from local street vendors, who said cooking can't be fun?

This bedroom features:
A comfortable double bed, built-in headboards and custom-build cabinet for extra storage plus a desk with mirror, old-english style washing area and powerful fan/light. There is an area for hanging clothes on the door too.

Bathroom layout
- The bathroom is split into a shower area and a separate toilet so multiple guests can use the facilities at once. This layout works well for families and groups sharing the space.

- Strong Wi-Fi throughout: Reliable internet extends from the front porch to the backyard picnic table. Suitable for video calls and remote work.
- Smart TV and streaming: Apple TV+, Disney, Amazon, and Netflix available (you will need your own Netflix subscription).
- Amazon Echo sound system: Powerful Echo Studio subwoofer linked to the Echo in the main bedroom for high-quality sound. Bluetooth-enabled for easy connection to your phone or laptop. Full Spotify and Apple Music subscriptions included.
- Air conditioning in main living space. Located in the dining room. Close windows and bedroom doors when first turning it on to cool the house efficiently. Most guests use it during the day and rely on natural ocean breezes at night.
- Washing machine with outdoor drying. No dryer by design. We dry clothes under the carport to reduce energy use and respect local norms.
- Safe drinking water from our own well: Fresh, clean water straight from the tap. No need for bottled water.
Safety and support
- Fully gated property with security cameras Exterior Ring cameras provide added security. There are no cameras inside the home. Your privacy is protected.
- Safe, close-knit neighbourhood: Both of our grandparents' daughters live next door in Adonsville. The community knows Coville hosts guests and looks out for them.
- Support: Aunt Sheilah lives next door Available for any assistance, repairs, or local guidance. She is your on-the-ground support.
- Parking for up to two vehicles: Fully gated property with secure space for two cars. Private and convenient.
- Owner is always available remotely: via WhatsApp for questions, recommendations, or booking support.
